The 7 Brew full menu works like a building kit. First you pick a base, such as breve, latte, energy, soda or lemonade. Next you add one or more flavors, like vanilla, caramel or blue raspberry. What Is 7Brew?
7Brew is a drive-thru coffee chain in the United States. It opened its first stand in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, and its main office is now in Springdale, Arkansas. The name comes from its very first menu, which had just seven coffee drinks. Today the 7 Brew menu is much bigger and also has energy drinks, sodas, teas and smoothies. By October 2026 the company had 960 stands across 38 states.
People call the brand 7 Brew, 7Brew or Seven Brew, and all three names mean the same company. The workers are called Brewistas, and they often walk out to cars to take orders. What Is 7 Brew Coffee?
7 Brew coffee is made with espresso or cold brew, then mixed with milk and flavored syrups. Many drinks use breve, which means half-and-half instead of regular milk. Breve makes a drink thicker and creamier than a normal latte. You can swap in oat, almond or coconut milk at no extra charge. Coffee drinks can also be made decaf or half-caf, but cold brew cannot be made decaf.
Is 7 Brew a Coffee Shop or a Drive-Thru?
7 Brew is a drive-thru only coffee shop. Most stands are small buildings with two drive-thru lanes and no indoor seats. Many stands also have a walk-up window for people on foot. Because there is no lobby, you order from your car and pick up your drink at the window. That makes it a quick stop on the way to work or school.

The 7 Brew coffee menu has two main parts: the 7 Originals and the 7 Classics. The Originals are sweet house drinks you can only get at 7 Brew. The Classics are the coffee drinks you know from any cafe, like a latte or a mocha. Both use the same espresso, so they have the same caffeine at each size. The 7 Classics on the 7 Brew menu are simple coffee drinks with a fun twist. The list has lattes, mochas, macchiatos, breves, cappuccinos, Americanos and cold brew. Each type comes with house flavor ideas, like a Toasted Marshmallow Latte or a Funnel Cake Macchiato. There is also hot cocoa and steamed milk for people who skip coffee. No coffee
7 Brew Drinks Without Coffee
Not everyone wants coffee, and that is fine at 7 Brew. Half of the menu has no coffee at all. You can pick an energy drink, a soda, a tea, a lemonade, a smoothie or a shake. Some of these 7 Brew drinks still have caffeine, so read each part below. If you need zero caffeine, stick with Fizz, lemonade, smoothies or shakes.

7 Energy
7 Energy is the house energy drink, made with an energy base, sparkling water and flavor. It comes in an Original base and a Sugar-Free base. Fan favorites include Ocean Breeze (blue raspberry and coconut) and Pixie Stick (almond, orange and pomegranate). 7 Fizz Sodas
7 Fizz is the sparkling soda on the 7 Brew menu, and it has no caffeine. A plain Fizz has zero calories, but flavored ones have about 320 to 360 calories in a Large. This part of the menu has iced teas, chai lattes and matcha lattes. All of them have some caffeine, except the decaf tea. A Large black tea has about 170 mg, while a Large green tea has about 79 mg. Smoothies
7 Brew smoothies are blended fruit drinks with no caffeine. Every smoothie in the official guide has milk, so none of them is dairy-free. Shakes
Shakes are the dessert drinks on the 7 Brew menu, blended thick with milk. They have no caffeine, which makes them a good pick for kids. At 7 Brew, almost every drink can be changed to fit your taste. You can make a drink sweeter or less sweet. You can swap the milk, add an extra shot or turn an iced drink into a frozen Chiller. You can also mix any flavors you like, which is how fans create secret menu drinks. Here are the most common changes people ask for:
- Sweetness: ask for half sweet or extra sweet.
- Milk: pick oat, almond or coconut milk at no extra charge.
- Sugar-free: swap in sugar-free flavors (see our sugar-free guide).
- Caffeine: ask for decaf, half-caf or an extra shot.
- Texture: order it hot, iced or as a frozen Chiller.
If you follow a plant-based diet, most flavors work for you. The official 7 Brew support page says every flavor is plant-based except caramel, white chocolate and dark chocolate. 7 Brew adds new featured drinks every month. For October 2026, the featured list has a fall and Halloween theme. These drinks stay for a short time, so try them before they leave. Here is the current lineup from the official menu:
